最近、海外口座解約の中でもCITIBank,N.A.(U.S.A) シティバンク（アメリカ）／  Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited シティバンク（香港）に関するお問合せを、数多くいただいております。

CITIBankから下記の内容のレターが届くことがあります。

しばらく口座に動きがないと通知されるようです。

 

 

６０日以内にこのフォームに署名し、認証を受けたものを送り返さない場合は、口座凍結します。というような内容です　↓

 

Our records indicate that it has been some time since you have transacted on your account or had direct contact with us concerning the account referenced above. As such, your account will be considered inactive unless you contact us within 60 days from 01/01/2018.

To prevent your account from becoming inactive, please complete and sign the form on the back of this letter and return it to your nearest Citibank branch. You may also mail the letter to us in the enclosed envelope. If you mail the form to us, it must be signed and notarized. Your notarized signature is required to protect your account from fraud or other　unauthorized activity. If this is a CitiBusiness account, an authorized signer must sign the form.

Please understand that we must have your written authorization in order to update your information. Therefore, if we do not receive this form within 60days from 01/01/2018, your account will become inactive.
